How do I request a refund?
Simply remove the plugin from all your WordPress sites, delete any copies on your computer and then contact us via our helpdesk within 30 days of purchase. We will then process your refund as soon as possible.
Once confirmed your refund will be processed within 7 days.
Important – if you open a Paypal Dispute instead of contacting us then your refund will be delayed, possibly by a few weeks, due to Paypal holding the funds and doing a manual review. Doing this will also trigger an administration fee deductible from your refund total. Simply contact our support team via your account, as per the instructions above, and your full refund will be processed swiftly.
Is anything not refundable?
